Refund and cancellation terms are detailed in your personalised Coaching Agreement provided before any payment is made.
Sathya holds all session content in strict confidence in accordance with professional coaching ethics. The only exception is a reasonable duty of care if there is concern for your safety or the safety of others, in which case Sathya will discuss this with you and, where legally required, act appropriately.
Clients also agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary coaching frameworks, tools, or materials shared during sessions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Healer Is Within and Sathya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of coaching services, digital products, or this website. Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product in question.
These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States of America. Any disputes will be resolved first through good-faith communication between the parties.

Our refund and cancellation policy is detailed in full in your personalised Coaching Agreement, which you will receive and sign before any payment is made.
For digital products, all purchases are final once accessed or downloaded.
